Constructed of police green wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered carmine Ordnungspolizei insignia in the form of an oval oak leaf wreath joined together at the bottom by ribbon and overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a wreathed black mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 90 mm (w) x 100 mm (h), in unissued and near mint condition.
