Constructed of 18kt Yellow Gold and multi coloured enamels, consisting of an eight pointed star with ball finials and a green enameled laurel wreath in the quadrants between the arms of the cross, the central medallion bearing a star in Gold (representing a bow with crossed firing cannons) on a circular blue enameled field, with a secondary laurel wreath encircling the medallion, suspended
